2. Services Offered
Apple Deals Uganda provides repair services for Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Watches. Our services include:
Screen replacements
Battery replacements
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Water damage repairs
Other technical support services
All repairs are performed by skilled technicians using high-quality components. However, we do not claim to be an authorized Apple service provider.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices for repairs and services are clearly mentioned on our website or quoted upon inquiry.
Payments must be made in full before or upon completion of service.
We accept cash, mobile money payments, and other approved payment methods.
Apple Deals Uganda is not responsible for any transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
4. Warranty and Liability
We offer a limited warranty on repairs depending on the type of service provided. Warranty details will be shared upon service completion.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or software-related issues after the repair is completed.
We take no responsibility for additional damage that occurs due to prior mishandling of the device by the customer.
While we ensure data safety, Apple Deals Uganda is not liable for any data loss. We advise customers to back up their data before repairs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about their devices and issues before repair.
Customers are responsible for removing personal data or sensitive information before handing over their devices for repair.
Any devices left unclaimed for 30 days after repair completion may be subject to disposal.
6. Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of repair services, all service charges are non-refundable once the repair is completed.
If a device issue persists after repair, customers must report it within the warranty period for re-evaluation.
If a replacement part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge, subject to inspection.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Apple Deals Uganda and may not be copied or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of any content from this website is subject to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Apple Deals Uganda shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
